Major Collection Update & Riftbound

# ExBurst.DEV Collection Major Update
Long overdue, the collection system has been upgraded to a new level!

• Public decks, owned card in the deck : You cna now easily see if you got all cards of a public decks!! Huge requested feature (you can also filter by owned % in the public decklists)
• Share your collection using a link
• Wanted/Trading card counts
• Multiple Collection lists for different purposes
• Starter Deck Feature: Add in one shot the content of a starter deck (still need me to add the missing starter decks to the website, will done over the week!) If you guys can find a missing Starter for any game with the exact decklist, please let me know i'll reward you!
• Series games (union arena): Bring back the series stats!
