1. Automated agents and artificial intelligence
AI agents, LLM-based systems, bots and scripts must not access the website, even on behalf of a user or with written permission. This includes autonomous browsing, content collection and automated actions. Except for the search-engine exception below, automated integrations must exclusively use a partner API expressly provided for that purpose.
2. No scraping or data extraction
Scraping, website harvesting, bulk or systematic extraction and reconstruction of its databases are prohibited, even with written permission. This covers cards, decks, statistics, tournament results, articles and community data, through pages or internal interfaces. Player-facing sharing and export features remain available for their intended use; they do not permit systematic collection of the site.
3. Genuine search engines only
Genuine search engines may crawl and index public pages and display links and short excerpts in conventional search results. This exception applies only to their official bots whose identity can be verified. Claiming to be a search engine or copying a bot name is insufficient. AI agents, conversational assistants, data collectors and scraping bots are excluded. Indexing permission does not cover any AI use, even within the same company.
4. No AI training or knowledge ingestion
Content over which ExBurst holds rights must not be collected from the website to train, fine-tune, evaluate or feed AI models, build datasets or supply an assistant's knowledge base. ExBurst expressly reserves its text and data mining rights within the limits of applicable law. Any partner use must exclusively go through the partner API within its permitted scope; it never permits harvesting the website.
5. Respect protections and resources
Bypassing access restrictions, request limits, blocks or protections is prohibited, including through multiple accounts, proxies or changes of technical identity. Actions that overload or disrupt the service are also prohibited.
6. Respect the community
Harassment, threats, discrimination, impersonation, spam, scams and disclosure of personal data without consent are prohibited. Accounts must not manipulate votes, rankings, results or other community features.
7. Respect creators and rights holders
Public access does not authorize copying content for republication, resale or integration into another service. Respect the code, original content and databases over which ExBurst holds rights, and their creator's work. Card images, trademarks and other publisher materials belong to their rights holders. User contributions remain subject to their authors' rights.
8. Partner API or nothing
Want to build an integration or propose a collaboration? Submit your project through Partners. Only a partner API expressly provided for that purpose may be used, within its assigned data, uses and access conditions. No written agreement permits website scraping or agent browsing. A request, silence or the existence of an internal interface never constitutes access permission.
9. Blocking and legal proceedings
Breaches may result in restricted or blocked access, content removal or account suspension. Theft of work, including unauthorized extraction, copying or exploitation of code, content or databases over which ExBurst holds rights, exposes you to legal proceedings. ExBurst may pursue remedies available under the law and seek compensation for harm suffered.
